I already work with a consulting firm to help me dealing with my transformation: how does your approach differ?
The consulting firm you have chosen will probably help you with the choice of technologies and the implementation of your new business processes. We will work primarily on employee commitment and team cohesion around your initiative to anchor the new desirable practices within your organization.
Why coach the entire team and not just the manager?
Because it will allow you to “get everyone in the same boat”, to create a climate of trust thanks to the transparency of the approach towards the whole team, and to make each member responsible rather than expecting a miracle recipe from the manager.
I have never heard about organization coaching, what need does this approach meet?
Organization coaching is an emerging practice that enables us to work on the fluidity of relationships and communication between the different teams involved in a digital transformation, and on different hierarchical levels. The goal is clearly to remove inter-team bottlenecks that slow down the effective implementation of expected changes.
What are your commitments in relation to the outcomes I wish to achieve?
We commit to define with you the goals of your (team or organization) coaching as well as some ikey success indicators during a tripartite meeting, to implement a rigorous methodology that leaves space to co-build with you action plans tailored to your context, and finally to conclude your coaching mission during a new tripartite meeting where the achievement of your objectives will be evaluated through the success indicators defined at the beginning.
